Holidaycheck Group AG, formerly know as Tomorrow Focus AG, is a Germany-based digital media content services provider for the travel and leisure industries. The Company publishes information and entertainment content for its corporate clients, and develops and operates systems, content and communications solutions. It has five business divisions. The Travel segment, which operates a number of hotel rating and travel booking portals, among others. The Publishing segment includes online marketing providers, news providers and the stock market information portal. The Subscription segment includes the online dating agency, the physician ratings portal and app-based document organization and reminder system. The Company operates through various subsidiaries, among others WebAssets BV.
