Holmes Investment Properties Plc is a United Kingdom-based property investment company focused on the leisure sector. The Company is a leisure operator for whom it sources, funds, and develops new leisure destinations and adventure parks in return for a long-term tenancy commitment. The Company operates through three entities: Everyone Entertained Ltd., UK Adventure Parks Limited, and Ashtour Ltd. Everyone Entertained is an activity-led entertainment center that offers a multitude of activities. Ashtour Ltd. is the owner and operator of World of Golf in Croydon, with facilities and tuition with professional golf management (PGA)-qualified instructors. The Company intends to acquire freehold land, build leisure facilities on site, and lease the premises to market operators in the evolving leisure industry, creating a center for leisure adventures.
