Profile Summary
Homes & Holiday AG is a Germany-based holding company for the Homes & Holiday Group, which specializes in holiday real estate services. The Group offers its services through a network of franchised and licensed partners. Its core market is Mallorca, with additional locations in Spain and Germany. The Company has three operating segments. The Real Estate Brokerage segment covers the commission-based brokerage of holiday real estate for sale or long-term letting under the Porta Mondial and Porta Mallorquina brands. In the Holiday Real Estate Rental segment, existing properties are brokered on a commission basis, allowing property owners to let out their holiday homes when they are not using them. The portfolio includes approximately 250 properties. The segment operates under the brand Porta Holiday. The Property Management segment covers the supplementary services, such as janitorial services, which are delivered by external service providers.
