The Company is a building construction company, providing an integrated range of construction related products and services. The Company's segments include Property investment and development, Prefabrication, and Others. The Prefabrication segment is in the business of design, manufacture and sales of prestressed and reinforced concrete building components as well as prefabricated architectural metal components. The Others segment comprises the Company level corporate services and treasury functions. Its subsidiaries include Hor Kew Private Limited, Prefab Technology Pte Ltd, Prefab Technology 8 Pte Ltd, Prefab Technology Sdn. Bhd., and others.
