The Company’s brands include humm, humm90, Q Mastercard and FlexiCommercial. The Company operates through four segments: Commercial, New Zealand Cards, Australia Cards, and PosPP. Its Commercial segment consists of Australia and New Zealand Commercial. Its New Zealand Cards segment includes Farmers Finance Card, Farmers Mastercard, Q Card, Q Mastercard and Flight Centre Mastercard. Its Australia Cards segment includes humm90, Lombard and Once. Its PosPP segment includes a consolidation of humm Australia, Canada and Ireland. The Company operates in Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, the United Kingdom and Canada.
