Imsys AB is a Sweden-based company engaged in the design and supply of networked microprocessor solutions to OEMs in the market of Embedded Control and Telematic systems. The Company's products include development kits for evaluation and prototyping, reference modules for quick prototyping and production, and microprocessors for Efficient Embedded Control and Connectivity. The products are based on Imsys patented technology for reconfigurable microprocessor cores, which enables cost effective integration of connectivity to machines or entire plants, as well as to field devices located outside the main facilities, providing remote control, monitoring and optimization of such assets. Imsys AB has offices in Sweden and the United States and markets its products through distributors in North America, Japan, China, Thailand, Spain, France, Germany, Finland, the United Kingdom and Israel.
