The Company's platform of infrastructure businesses includes Pure Environmental, Minemet, Energybuild and Merredin Energy. Pure Environmental business includes recycling and waste recovery (regulated waste recycling). Minemet is a vertically integrated recycling company that collects, processes and exports ferrous and non-ferrous metals from Australia and New Zealand. Energybuild business includes clean energy and energy transition. Energybuild is an installer of new build solar, working with manufacturers and builders to provide homeowners with new energy solutions. Merredin Energy business includes clean energy and energy transition (peaking power).
