Through it subsidiaries, the Company's real estate business unit operates in two lines of business: Rental assets, which consists of leasing and management of office buildings, commercial premises and shopping and leisure canters, and Real estate development and land management, which is engaged in the acquisition, promotion and marketing of primarily residential real estate, as well as, the acquisition and urban management of land. Inmocemento's cement business unit operates in two lines of activity: Manufacture and marketing of cement and Manufacture and marketing of cement derivatives. Inmocemento carries out its activities primarily in Spain but also owns real estate assets in the United Kingdom, Romania and Croatia.
