Profile Summary
Japan Prime Realty Investment Corp is a Japan-based closed-end real estate investment trust (REIT). The Fund primarily invests in real estate assets consisting of high-quality office buildings (urban business facilities), commercial facilities located in high-traffic areas (urban commercial facilities), hotels (urban accommodation facilities), and urban mixed-use complexes, including their buildings and land. Considering the returns and risks of the investment targets, its basic policy is to diversify investments not only in Tokyo but also in regional cities, thereby leveraging the benefits of portfolio management. Investment properties include Kanematsu Bldg., Kanematsu Bldg. Annex, JPR Ningyo-cho Bldg., Shin-Kojimachi Bldg., JPR Shibuya Tower Records Bldg., JPR Jingumae 432, Shinjuku Sanchome East Bldg. and others. The asset manager of the Fund is Tokyo Tatemono Realty Investment Management Inc.
