Joyce Corporation Ltd is an operator of retail kitchen and wardrobe showrooms. The Company is a franchisor of the Bedshed chain of retail bedding stores and owner and operator of Bedshed shed retail stores. The Company’s segments include Retail kitchen and wardrobe showrooms; Retail bedding - franchise operation; Retail bedding stores - Company owned, and Home staging - furniture hire and home staging service. The Company holds an interest in KWB Group Pty Ltd (KWB) and Bedshed Franchising Pty Ltd (Bedshed). KWB’s trading brands, Kitchen Connection and Wallspan, operate a network of approximately 26 showrooms across Queensland, New South Wales, and South Australia. Bedshed supplies bedding and home furnishings across Australia. Bedshed has its own franchise network, along with its e-commerce offering that supports the Company-owned and franchise stores. Bedshed soft-launched an online mattress brand called Drift. Its Crave business offer home staging space services.
