JZR Gold Inc. is a Canada-based junior mining resource company. The Company is engaged in the business of the exploration and development of mineral properties. The Company holds interests in the province of British Columbia, Canada, and the State of Amapa, Brazil. The Company’s flagship property is the Vila Nova Gold Project, which is in the development stage. The Vila Nova Gold Project hosts approximately nine million tons of gold tailings. Its Spider Property is located in the Province of British Columbia (B.C.). The Spider Property comprises certain crown granted mineral claims and several land lots in fee simple within the township of Camborne, B.C. Its Spider mine in B.C. are gold and silver exploration targets. The Company, along with its partner in Brazil, has completed the assembly of the 800 ton per day mill at the Vila Nova Gold Project in Amapa state, Brazil.
