Profile Summary
KCR Residential REIT plc is a real estate investment trust. Its objective is to acquire and manage a substantial rented residential property portfolio in the United Kingdom that generates both income flow and capital appreciation for Shareholders. The Company acquires properties that are rented to private tenants and also owns and operates a freehold portfolio of retirement living accommodation where most of the properties have been sold on long leases. Its residential homes include the Cristal Apartments portfolio, such as Coleherne Road, London (SW10); Ladbroke Grove, London (W10); and Deanery Court, Chapel Riverside, Southampton. Its retirement homes include the Osprey portfolio, which consists of approximately seven freehold properties. Its Osprey portfolio includes Heathside, Osprey Court, Challoner Court, Chymedden, Town Mill, Manor House Court, and Millside Place. Its Coleherne Road, London (SW10) is a freehold property at 25 Coleherne Road contains ten studio flats.
