Profile Summary
Kim Heng Ltd is a Singapore-based offshore marine service contractor, which is engaged in engineering, procurement, construction, and installation support. The principal activity of the Company is investment holding. Its subsidiaries are engaged in the chartering of vessels, marine support services, equipment rental, material sales, and trading of vessels. Its segments include Marine Offshore Support Services segment, which is engaged in vessel repair, offshore rig and supply base services and crew management; Chartering and Towage segment, which is engaged in the chartering of ships, barges and boats with crew; Equipment Rental segment, which includes sale, rent and lease of industrial machinery, equipment, and spare parts; Sale of Goods segment, which is a value added logistic and supply chain providers, and Vessels Sales and Newbuild segment, which is engaged in trading of vessels. The Company’s subsidiary is Kim Heng Offshore & Marine Pte Ltd (KHOM).
