Profile Summary
KOP Limited is a Singapore-based investment holding company. The Company has four reportable segments, namely Real estate development and investment, Real estate origination and management services, Hospitality, and Corporate office. The Real estate development and investment segment is engaged in the development, construction, and sale of development properties. The Real estate origination and management services segment is engaged in the provision of business and management services for projects, including acquisition of properties and undertaking the development conceptualization, construction management, marketing and branding strategizing and retail sales of such projects. The Hospitality segment is engaged in the management and operation of hotels and resorts, including restaurants and spas. The Corporate Office segment is engaged in management fee income from subsidiaries, group-level corporate services and treasury functions.
