Profile Summary
Kostenets HHI AD (Kostenez-HHI JSCo or Kostenetz JSCo) is a Bulgaria-based company, which is principally engaged in the paper processing industry. The Company’s product range includes paper for household and sanitary hygiene use, wrapping paper, corrugated paper, as well as packing paper, paper base and fluting in rolls and in bobbins. It operates in both Bulgarian and foreign markets, exporting its products to Greece, Hungary, Romania, Serbia and Germany. Kostenez HHI AD Kostenets has a 40% stake in Kostenets-DM OOD and holds minority stakes in Elma AD Troyan and Toplofikatsiya EAD Kazanlak. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s major shareholder was Telprom EOOD with a stake of 34.53%.
