KUKBO Co., LTD, formerly CARIS KUKBO CO., LTD, is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the provision of logistics transportation services. Along with its subsidiaries, the Company operates its business through three segments. The Transportation segment provides container transportation, custody, transport brokerage and other services. The Warehouse segment provides custody services for bonded goods. The Unloading segment is engaged in the provision of container loading and unloading services. In addition, the Company also operates container terminals and international logistics transport brokerage business.
