As of June 30, 2010 the Company has two wholly owned operating subsidiaries: New Solar Electricity Corporation (New Solar) and Inner Path Health Corporation (Inner Path). On April 13, 2010, the Company completed the acquisition of New Solar. On December 6, 2010, the Company completed the acquisition of MAG International, Inc.
