Profile Summary
Lalique Group SA, formerly Art & Fragrance SA, is a Switzerland-based company engaged in the fragrance, crystal and jewelry industries. It designs and develops new fragrances, acquires and manages brands and license rights in the perfume and cosmetics area, and distributes its own products. The Company also specializes in crystal and jewelry. Its brands include Lalique, Parfums Gres, Parfums Alain Delon, Jaguar Fragrances and Ultrasun. In addition, it offers private labeling services, which enable its customers to arrange fragrances and cosmetics with individual logotypes. The production of fragrances and cosmetics is carried out by external partners, and marketing and sales activities are conducted by independent distribution partner. The Company operates through a sales network, as well as through subsidiaries in Europe and Asia, among others.
