The Company is holding an option to acquire approximately 100% undivided interest in and to the mineral claims comprising the Baner gold project located in Idaho County, Idaho, the United States of America. The Baner Project is located in Idaho County, Idaho, approximately 10 kilometers (kms) southwest of the town of Elk City via State Highway 14 west from Elk City along the South Fork of the Clearwater River. The Baner Project comprises 215 unpatented lode claims covering approximately 4,520 acres.
