The Company's subsidiaries include Go Epic Health, Inc., Farmica Africa, Ltd., JP Anderson, Ltd., and BFA Media, Inc. Go Epic Health, Inc. is a nutritional product holding company, which owns the intellectual property and worldwide manufacturing and distribution rights to Cholesterade, a natural cholesterol reducing product. Farmica Africa, Ltd operates an agriculture project in Sierra Leone, West Africa. Farmica Africa, Ltd is operating on over 2,300 acres and is expanding its Lemongrass operation to include hibiscus, green tea, senna coffee and other non-perishable products. JP Anderson, Ltd. is engaged in mining and construction material. BFA Media, Inc. is engaged in investing in the acquisition and operation of the initial Big 5 HD Signals.
