The Company focuses on lithium mineralization on properties located in Nevada, and graphite and other energy metals properties in British Columbia. The Company’s operational focus is to conduct generative exploration activities in Nevada, and on its titanium/ rare-earth elements (REE) and graphite properties, in British Columbia. The Company’s mineral properties include Fish Lake Valley Property, San Emidio Property, BC Sugar Flake Graphite Property, The Hughes Claims, North Big Smoky Property, and British Columbia Tantalum/REE/Titanium Properties. Fish Lake Valley Property is a lithium/boron/potassium enriched playa (also known as a salar, or salt pan), which is located in northern Esmeralda County in west central Nevada. The San Emidio property, located in Washoe County in northwestern Nevada. The BC Sugar Flake Graphite Property is located within the Shushwap Metamorphic Complex.
