Profile Summary
Lithium Ionic Corp. is a Canadian mining company. The Company is engaged in exploring and developing its lithium properties in Brazil. Its Itinga and Salinas projects cover approximately 17,000 hectares in the northeastern part of Minas Gerais state, a mining-friendly jurisdiction that is quickly emerging as a hardrock lithium district. Its Grota do Cirilo project, which hosts the hard-rock lithium deposit in the Americas. Its Outro Lado deposit is located within the Company’s Itinga group of properties, over five kilometers northwest of the flagship Bandeira Project. Its Baixa Grande project is part of the Company’s Salinas Group of properties, located in the northern section of Brazil’s Eastern Pegmatite Province. These properties are highly prospective for spodumene-bearing pegmatites. The Bandeira Project is a flagship asset, advancing toward construction and near-term production. The Company’s extensive land package spans over 17,000 hectares in Brazil’s Lithium Valley.
