Live Energy Minerals Corp. is a Canada-based mining exploration company. The Company is engaged in exploring for and identifying opportunities in clean energy minerals in North and South America. It holds 100% interest in the Skygold project in BC, Canada, and a retained interest in the McDermitt Lithium East Project, Nevada, United States of America. The Skygold Property is located approximately 25 kilometers southeast of Prince George, British Columbia, Canada. The property consists of three mineral claims totaling 5,732 hectares. The Company holds title to the McDermitt Lithium East Project through its wholly owned subsidiary Lithium Valley Holding Corp. The property consists of 315 lode claims and over 6,300 Acres covering lithium bearing sediments, located in the McDermitt Caldera, Humboldt County, Nevada. It also holds applications for 100% interest in the uranium, vanadium, and molybdenum, Messa Top and Section 20 Mine projects located in the Colorado Plateau, USA.
