Looplace Inc is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the construction management and real estate solutions businesses. It operates through two business segments. The Real Estate Solutions segment plans and develops, buys and sells, operates and manages old building renovation projects, conducting market research and profitability calculations for properties, evaluating business viability, signing contracts with tenants, operating and managing them, and developing leasing strategies. This segment mainly purchases existing office buildings in urban areas, renovates them, and then sells them to wealthy individuals, investors, and corporate owners. The Construction Management segment provides design, planning, construction, and maintenance services to building owners, real estate agents, and tenants, as well as renovation work for commercial buildings. It also rents out real estate.
