Loras Holding AS, formerly known as Ittifak Holding AS, is a Turkey-based holding company engaged in diversified industry sectors. The Company primarily operates in four industries: Retail operations, Manufacturing operations, Construction operations, and Service-trade organization. The Company’s Manufacturing operations produce through its subsidiaries, pasta, semolina, meat, and dairy products, and manufactures a range of milling systems, agricultural machinery, and other machines. The Company’s Construction operations are the construction of housing units, shopping centers, collective housing projects, and bridges, among others. Its Trade-Service-Organization operations cover sales of oil and oil products, automobile sales, and foreign trade activities, as well as management organization and consultancy services.
