LQWD Technologies Corp. is a Canada-based Bitcoin treasury and provider of enterprise-grade solutions. The Company is focused on developing various Web-based platforms, solutions and applications. It holds Bitcoin, fulfilling two roles: serving as a foundational asset and leveraging its technology to provide core infrastructure for peer-to-peer and Internet-powered transactions over the Lightning Network. It operates a network of enterprise-grade nodes designed to earn transaction fees and yield in support of network liquidity. Its primary node (LQwD-Canada) has over 1,200 connected channels with 39 BTC routing capacity. The Company uses approximately 171 Bitcoin holdings to establish nodes and payment channels on the Lightning Network. Its nodes use AI to auto-rebalance channels. Nodes are optimized for high-frequency routing with short hops to ensure transactions reach their destination.
