Profile Summary

Macquarie Telecom Group Limited (Macquarie Telecom), through its subsidiaries, provides telecommunication and hosting services to corporate and government customers in Australia. The Company has two segments: Hosting segment, which relates to the provision of voice and mobile telecommunications services and the provision of services utilizing the Macquarie Telecom data network, and Hosting segment, which relates to the provision of services utilizing Macquarie Telecom's data hosting facilities. Its unified communications services include fixed-line voice, video conferencing and Web conferencing. Under mobile division, the Company offers Managed Mobility Services and Mobile Management Tools. Under data division, it offers Internet, Fixed Wireless Ethernet, Private Internet protocol (IP)-virtual private network (VPN), Cisco Meraki and International Data Links, among others. Under cloud division, the Company offers solutions, such as Hybrid Cloud and VMware Cloud.
