MANSION INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED is an investment holding company mainly engaged in the manufacturing and sale of baby clothing and clothing accessories for infants and toddlers. Along with subsidiaries, the Company operates its business through two segments. The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Business segment is involved in OEM business directly to the overseas brand companies or designated sourcing companies mainly located in Hong Kong, United Kingdom and the United States. The Origin Brand Manufacturing (OBM) Business segment is involved in OBM business under its own brand Mides and complementary third party brand products through its self-operated retail stores and department store counters in Hong Kong, and wholesale in Hong Kong, the People's Republic of China and Macau.
