Profile Summary
Manulife US Real Estate Investment Trust (the Trust) is a Singapore-based real estate investment trust. The principal activity of the Trust is investment holding. The principal activities of the Trust's subsidiaries are to own and invest, directly or indirectly, in a portfolio of income-producing office real estate in markets in the United States, as well as real estate-related assets. Its portfolio consists of approximately nine office properties in the United States located in Arizona, California, Georgia, New Jersey, Virginia and Washington, D.C. The Trust's properties include Figueroa, Michelson, Peachtree, Plaza, Exchange, Penn, Phipps, Centerpointe, and Diablo. Its investment manager is Manulife US Real Estate Management Pte. Ltd.
