Manz AG is a Germany-based company. The Company develops and produces solutions for lithium-ion batteries and electronic components and devices for its customers in the automotive & e-mobility, electronics, energy and battery manufacturing sectors. It divide its operating activities into two segments: Mobility & Battery Solutions and Industry Solutions. The Mobility & Battery Solutions segment offers business with equipment for the production of lithium-ion batteries. The Industry Solutions segment combines the activities of the two business areas Electronics (semiconductor backend production, fan out panel level packaging and display technologies) and Industrial Automation (industrial assembly solutions for the manufacture of consumer electronics, power electronics and other components of the electrical powertrain). It develops machines and systems in the fields of wet chemistry, automation and laser process technology.
