McRae Industries, Inc. is engaged in the manufacturing, selling and distributing of boot products targeted to the western/lifestyle and work boot markets. In addition, the Company is engaged in the manufacturing military combat boots for the United States Government. The Company also operates in other small businesses. Its western/lifestyle segment includes western, ladies’ fashion and children’s footwear under the Dan Post, Dingo, Laredo, and Eldorado brand names. Dan Post offers handcrafted western boots and is crafted with exotic skins and leathers. Dingo offers boots and shoes ranging from biker/harness styles to western fashion. Laredo Western Boots are built to traverse any terrain and keep up between dusty, small town rodeo days and big nights out on the town. McRae Footwear is a wholly owned division of the Company that manufactures boots for the United States military and commercial accounts. Its McRae Industrial brand provides a complete line of affordable work boots.
