Profile Summary
McRae Industries, Inc. is engaged in manufacturing, sales and distribution of boot products targeted to the western/lifestyle and work boot markets. The Company is also engaged in manufacturing military combat boots for the U.S. Government. It also operates other smaller businesses. Its western/lifestyle boot segment, which includes western, ladies’ fashion, and children’s footwear under the Dan Post, Dingo, Laredo, and Eldorado brand names. The Dingo offers boots and shoes from biker/harness styles to western fashion. Laredo brand covers the style spectrum from riding to classic western to buckaroo styles. Its work boot segment, which consists of Dan Post and Laredo work boots, as well as its military combat boots. McRae Footwear is a wholly owned division of the Company, which manufactures boots for the United States military.
