Profile Summary
MDI Energia SA, formally Skystone Capital SA, is a Poland-based company investing in enterprises operating in renewable energy sources sector. The Company is engaged in financing and co-financing investment projects in the renewable energy market by taking up shares and organizing financing by providing loans and subsidies. It evaluates, prepares and executes investment projects aimed at producing green electrical energy and heat. As of December 31, 2011, the Company was the major shareholder of such companies as Ozen Plus Sp z o o, Elektrownie Wodne Zeneris Sp z o o, Biogaz Zeneris Sp z o o and Energia Trojanowo Sp z o o. On June 11, 2014, the Company sold 54.85% stake in Viatron SA to Cresco Financial Advisors Sp z o o. The main shareholder of the Company is Ipopema 12 FIZAN.
