Meritage Hospitality Group Inc. conducts its business in the quick-service and casual dining restaurant industries. The Company operates approximately 375 Wendy’s quick-service restaurants under franchise agreements with its franchisor, Quality Is Our Recipe, LLC. Wendy’s quick-service restaurants are in Arkansas, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. Wendy’s restaurant offers square beef patties and Frosty desserts. It also has nine independent restaurants under two concepts, Morning Belle and Blue Porch Bar & Grill. All nine restaurants are in Michigan. Morning Belle is a garden-themed breakfast, brunch, and lunch concept. It also offers Daytime Cocktails, such as Mimosas, Bellinis, Bloody Marys, and four flavors of Spiked Cold Brew Coffee.
