Profile Summary
Metlen Energy & Metals PLC is an integrated energy and metals company, engaging in international and diverse activities. The Company’s segments include Energy and Metals. The Energy segment is an independent power and gas integrated utility in Greece. It is also an independent producer and supplier of electricity and the natural gas consumer and importer in Greece. It offers renewables engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) and O&M services to third-party clients, and EPC services to third parties in relation to power projects, grid projects and projects focused on digital transformation such as data centers. The Metals segment includes six business activities, including Aluminum of Greece Factory; the Metallurgical Defense Equipment, Recycling (EPALME), Commercial, Bauxite Mining (Delphi Distomon S.A. & European Bauxites), and Circular Metals. The Metals segment is the sole vertically integrated bauxite, alumina and aluminum producer with an asset base in Europe.
