Profile Summary
Mighty Craft Limited is a craft beverage accelerator with a nationally diversified portfolio of craft beverages. The Company is engaged in the operation of various breweries, distilleries, bars, and restaurant businesses throughout Australia. Its segments include Better Beer and Craft. The Better Beer segment is engaged in the sales and distribution of the Better Beer product range, sourced from a related party, Better Beer Company Pty Ltd. Its Craft segment is engaged in manufacturing, sales and distribution of spirits and other beer assets, including the operation of cellar door and brewhouse hospitality venues across Australia. The Company’s brand portfolio consists of about 14 craft businesses operating across the spirits, beer, and ready-to-drink (RTD) categories, including Seven Seasons, 78 Degrees, Better Beer, Mismatch Brewing, Kangaroo Island Spirits, Brogan’s Way, Hidden Lake, and Foghorn Brewery. Seven Seasons products include Green Ant Gin and Bush Apple Gin.
