Profile Summary
Mint SA, formerly Budget Telecom SA is a France-based company that specializes in the provision of telecommunications services at discounted prices. The Company's offerings include the No Limit package, which enables residential customers to make unlimited fixed-line telephone calls for a fixed monthly tariff, the Budget Mobile package, which enables customers to send messages (SMS) and make discounted mobile telephone calls for a fixed monthly tariff, and the fixed-line telephone package, whereby customers just pay for the calls they make. The Company also provides international telephony services, aimed at both foreign nationals living in France, and French citizens living overseas, as well as in Italy, Belgium and Spain; voice-over Internet protocol (VoIP) services, and Internet services. Budget Telecom provides its services to both private and business customers. It controlled as of December 31, 2011, one subsidiary, Kast Online SARL. In February 2014, it acquired Effineo.
