Mintra Holding AS is a Norway-based technology company and a provider of an on-demand digital learning and enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions for safety-critical industries worldwide. The Company is the parent Company of the Mintra Group. The Group has three main business lines: eLearning Solutions, HCM Solutions and Consultancy Services. The eLearning business line focuses on safety-critical and compliance-driven industries, such as energy and maritime, where companies and workers are facing ever increasing requirements with regards to competence, accreditation and certification. The HCM Solutions area serves seafarers and maritime vessels throughout a complete scalable Software as a Service (SaaS) platform, while the Consultancy Services area complement the e-learning and HCM offerings. Mintra Holding AS has several subsidiaries, including Mintra AS and Mintra Midco AS.
