The Company’s product range comprises pasta, sauces, bread and bakery products, flour and milled products, candies, as well as instant products, such as polenta and wheat meal. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had five subsidiaries: Mlinotest Kruh Koper d.o.o. and Finsholding doo., both incorporated in Slovenia; Mlinotest Trgovina doo Umag and Zitoproizvod dd Karlovac, both incorporated in Croatia, and Mlinotest-S doo Ruma, incorporated in Serbia. As of December 31, 2011, Vipa Holding dd Nova Gorica held a 71.45% stake in the Company.
