Profile Summary
MOH Nippon plc, formerly Bowen Fintech Plc, provides a crowdfunding services platform in Japan and is a solution provider for local investors seeking returns from investment into real estate. Through the Company's investment platform, local investors can participate in fund products to seek returns from investment into real estate. The funds products (which each relate to a specific real estate project) are managed by Toshi-Souken Invest Fund (TSIF). As a crowdfunding services provider to TSIF, it conducts sales activities and promotions to solicit investment; provides investor management; assists in preparing reports for customers and preparing payments records; and provides safekeeping of documents and agreements entered into by TSIF with investors. The Company may also co-manage the development of real estate projects. It invests directly (through land purchase and development activities) into technology-driven commercial projects, such as cold-chain logistics facilities.
