The Company is focused on monitoring other countries in the Southeast Asia region, exercise financial prudence with business acumen to ensure its investment decisions further its aim of a sustainable growth and optimal returns for the Company and its shareholders. The Company applies this strategy through acquiring buildings and enhancing their desirability and value and maximizing the potential in existing buildings and transforming them to enhance their facilities, functions and value.
