The Company’s VoIP-related telecommunications equipment distribution and resale business is operated under the divisional name NWB Networks. Its wholesale international VoIP service business is operated under the divisional name NWB Telecom. Its calling card business is operated under the divisional name NWB Retail. The Company has refocused its distribution, sales and support efforts on equipment manufactured by TELES AG Informationstechnologien (TELES).
