Profile Summary
Newfield Resources Limited is an Australia-based company, which is engaged in mine development, stope mining and mineral exploration. The Company’s flagship asset is the Tongo Diamond Mine, which is located in eastern Sierra Leone. The Tongo Mine Development combines kimberlite dyke hosted diamond resources on two adjacent mining licenses that cover over 134 square kilometers and host 11 known kimberlites. The Company’s Kumbgo Kimberlite Project (Liberia) comprises two exploration licenses that cover a total of 670 square kilometers (Km2) in the west of Liberia. The Tongo Kimberlite Mine has two tenements, ML02/2018 and ML02/2012. The Kumbgo project has two tenements, MEL1157/14 and MEL1158/14. Its Newfield Gold project has two tenements, M77/0422 and M77/0846.
