The real estate sales business purchases real estate mainly by bidding on auction properties nationwide, acquires real estate, referrals from peers, purchases as part of inheritance consultations, and renovates real estate, conducts purchase and resale of used homes, development of residential land, and resale of profitable real estate. The real estate leasing business rents detached houses and condominiums to general customers. The Company also rents properties used for business such as houses with shops, houses with offices, and factories. The rental warehouse business mainly installs container warehouses on Company-owned land, and rents and maintains them as rental storage spaces. The real estate brokerage business is engaged in the business of brokering real estate. Other businesses include property repair and management business.
