The Company operates through four segments: the Steel segment serves a steel trading network of over 100 small and medium-sized private enterprises with centralized procurement and complementary services; Construction/Trades and Crafts/Industry offers a range of equipment and tools in areas, such as occupational health and safety, construction components and equipment, power tools and machinery, hand tools, measuring tools and surface technology, precision tools, welding and connecting technology, as well as workshop and industrial goods; Sanitary and Heating Equipment is operated by HAGRO Haustechnik Handels GmbH, a joint subsidiary of the Company and Nuernberger Bund Produktionsverbindungshandels GmbH, and the Services segment covers financing and factoring, logistics and storage, merchandising, risk protection, information technology and e-commerce solutions, among others.
