Norris Industries, Inc. is an oil and natural gas company that focuses on the acquisition, development, and exploration of crude oil and natural gas properties in Texas. The Company’s principal operating properties are in the Ellenberger formation in Coleman County, and in Jack County and Palo-Pinto County Texas. It also focuses on developing additional exploration and acquisition projects located within the Bend Arch-Fort Worth Basin and other prime acquisition targets in Central West, South and East Texas. The 1A Venture property has four gross oil and gas wells (1.58 net wells). The 1B Venture property has six gross oil and gas wells (3 net wells). The Marshall Walden property has six gross oil and gas wells which are intermittently active, plus two injection wells. The Jack County and Palo-Pinto County Stuart oil leases have 20 gross oil and gas wells. It holds approximately 4,200 total gross acres in leaseholds in various areas of the North Central, and in Northeast Texas regions.
