Northfield Capital Corporation is a Canada-based value-based investment and merchant banking company focused on the resources (critical minerals and precious metals) and transportation sectors. The Company is focused on making strategic investments in, and supporting the management initiatives of, selected businesses. Its segments include Investments, Aviation Services, Winery, Distillery and others. The Investments segment is engaged in investment activities, including holding interests in the resource, manufacturing and technology sectors. The Aviation Services segment provides chartered air, flight training and aircraft maintenance services across Canada and cross-border to the United States. The Winery segment includes Vineyard and a winery located in Prince Edward County, manufacturing and selling wine. The Distillery segment includes spirit distilling at Spirit of York distillery located in Toronto's distillery district.
