Novacon Technology Group Limited is an investment holding company principally engaged in the development and provision of financial trading solutions. The Company mainly provides financial trading solutions for the trading of over the counter (OTC) traded financial instruments, stock exchange traded financial instruments and fund managements of wealth management companies. Along with subsidiaries, the Company operates its business through three segments. The Licensing and Maintenance Services segment is mainly involved in the provision of license and maintenance services for customers to use financial trading solutions. The Initial Set Up and Customization Services segment mainly focuses on the provision of initial set up and installation and customization services. The Sales of Computer Hardware and Software segment mainly sell servers, network devices and third party software for the need of running financial trading solutions.
