NS Group Inc is a Japan-based company mainly operates a rent debt guarantee business mainly through its subsidiaries, which offers a rent guarantee service that reports on delinquency payments, and a collection agency service. The rent guarantee service involves acting as a joint guarantor for tenants and promising to guarantee rent. If the tenant fails to pay rent, the Company will make a subrogation payment and later collect the subrogated rent from the tenant. The rent guarantee business is primarily for residential properties, commercial properties (offices and stores), and others (parking lots, leased land, factories and others). The collection agency service involves partnering with financial institutions that provide collection agency services to collect rent on behalf of real estate companies and property lessors.
