OKP Holdings Limited is a Singapore-based transport infrastructure and civil engineering company. The principal activities of the Company are those relating to investment holding and the provision of management services to its subsidiary corporations. The Company's segments include Construction, Maintenance, and Rental income. The Construction segment is engaged in the construction of urban and arterial roads, expressways, vehicular bridges, flyovers and buildings, and airports infrastructure. The Maintenance segment is engaged in re-construction work performed on roads, road reserves, pavements, footpaths and kerbs, guardrails, drains, signboards as well as bus bays and shelters. The Rental income segment relates to income received for the rental of investment properties. The Company's development properties include The Essence and Phoenix Residences. Its subsidiaries include Or Kim Peow Contractors (Private) Limited, Eng Lam Contractors Co (Pte) Ltd, and OKP Land Pte Ltd.
