Profile Summary
Onyx Gold Corp. is an exploration company focused on Canadian mining jurisdictions, with assets in Timmins, Ontario, and Yukon Territory. Its portfolio of gold projects in the greater Timmins gold camp includes the Munro-Croesus Gold property, two additional earlier-stage large exploration properties, Golden Mile and Timmins South. It also controls four properties in the Selwyn Basin area of Yukon Territory and covers approximately 1, 1105 claims and 22,720 hectares referred to as King Tut, Canol, RGS and Stan. The Munro-Croesus Gold Project is located approximately 75 kilometers (km) east of Timmins, Ontario along Highway 101. The project covers over 108 square kilometers (km2) of highly prospective geology within the gold-bearing structural breaks. The Golden Mile over 140 km2 property is located nine km northeast of Newmont's Hoyle Pond deposit in Timmins. The Timmins South property over 187 km2, is located to the south and southeast of Timmins and surrounds the Shaw dome structure.
